02A place to work together

The right people.
A shared perspective.

Company conversations start with company membership. Invite colleagues deliberately, and keep their access current.

01 / Invite

A welcome with a name on it.

Owners and administrators invite colleagues at approved company email domains. Only invited, active members can sign in.

02 / Manage

Responsibility, made clear.

Give people an owner, administrator or member role. Organize departments, set individual token allowances and suspend access when needed.

03 / Connect

Your colleagues, close at hand.

The company directory brings your active team together. Start a conversation without opening your workspace to the public.

03AI, with a clear remit

Room for ideas.
Boundaries for AI.

Helpful AI should come with understandable choices. Decide what the team can use, how it is funded and where the allowance sits.

A company policy choice

An empty model approval list keeps company AI off until the owner makes a choice.

Choose the models.

Approve specific provider and model combinations. Company AI requests follow that list, including requests made with permitted personal keys.

Keep the keys.

Manage encrypted company provider keys in the company panel. Rotate or revoke a key; saved secrets stay masked.

See where usage goes.

Review recorded calls, tokens and estimated cost by person, department and model. Missing usage and unpriced calls remain visible.

Set an allowance. Leave a trail.

Company budgets and token limits pause new requests at recorded thresholds. An audit trail records access, key and policy changes, with an export for your own archive.

Usage is based on provider reports. Cost is an estimate, may be incomplete and is separate from the Saywit subscription. Calls already in progress can finish after a threshold is reached.

04Identity & protection

Sign in your way.
Keep what matters.

Connect your identity provider, add a second step and decide how company information is processed and kept.

  • SAML · OIDC

    Single sign-on.

Connect Okta, Google Workspace or another provider. Require SSO once a company owner has signed in successfully.

  • SCIM 2.0

    Provisioning, in step.

Your directory creates, updates and suspends company users. Roles stay with your owners; group sync is not included.

  • MFA · Sessions

    A second step.

Authenticator codes with one-time recovery codes, and a view of active sessions you can revoke. Owners can require MFA after enrolling.

  • Privacy

    Switch by switch.

Turn external AI, embeddings, file analysis, downloads and tools on or off. Block or redact supported sensitive text, and set required regions.

  • Retention

    Keep, or let go.

Optional retention expires older messages and files in careful batches. Company-wide and conversation legal holds take priority.

  • Analytics · MCP

    Reports on your terms.

See messages, files, people and AI usage. An optional read-only API or MCP connection stays off until the owner enables it.

Private conversations stay end-to-end encrypted; these controls never decrypt them. Sensitive-text detectors are limited, region policies rely on dated operator declarations, and no compliance certification is claimed.

05A thoughtful start

One company.
A clear handover.

The platform sets up your workspace. Your company takes it from there.

  1. 01 / Platform setup

A space with your company’s name.

A platform superadmin creates the company, approves its email domains and invites the first owner.

  2. 02 / Company management

    Clear controls for every role.

The company owner sets AI, sign-in and privacy policy, and delegates administration. Owners and admins manage people, invitations and provider keys from their own panel.

  3. 03 / Everyday work

    The conversation begins.

Invited colleagues sign in to their company workspace. The same Saywit foundation supports conversation, with the company’s access and AI rules around it.
